Mary H. Macy

Ms. Macy is the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President at Roux with over thirty-five years of financial leadership and experience. Ms. Macy is responsible for establishing Roux’s financial policies and leading the company’s financial operations, including treasury, tax, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial systems. Ms. Macy is also a member of the Board of Directors.

Prior to joining the company, Ms. Macy spent many years in a variety of finance and leadership positions with one of the major U.S. Insurance Companies, including serving as the Controller of their $200 billion Fixed Income and Real Estate General Account Portfolio. Her experience includes establishing procedures to ensure SOX compliance, corporate accounting policies including GAAP and STAT, and internal investment guidelines, while providing tactical support to the CEO and senior management with extensive financial modeling and analysis.
