BCONE Roundtable: Roux to Speak on Brownfields Update

Tuesday, June 28 The Brownfields Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) is hosting a virtual Roundtable: New BCP Law and Pending Part 375 Regulations “Hot off the Press.” This will cover the update on the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program 4.0 and the pending 375 regulations.

Panelists will discuss the new statutory amendments in the NYS Brownfield Cleanup Program after the April 2022 Ten-Year Extension legislation and upcoming Part 375 Regulations. Then, Robert Kovacs, P.G., LSRP and Rachel Henke from Roux will present the details of the new Soil Cleanup Objectives portion of the regulations, followed by predictions on what will be coming next in the program and regulatory amendments from Linda Shaw of Knauf Shaw LLP.
