On Thursday, September 19, Ryan Stifter, MS will present on Key Current Issues Regarding the Assessment of Natural Resource Damages at 1:30pm. This session delves into new Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) methodologies and approaches for injuries and damages. Ryan will cover new DOI Type A regulations for the easy sites and how changes to other federal and state laws impact NRDA.
