Sin Senh Speaking at IAIR Resolution Workshop
Wednesday, February 26 – Friday, February 28 The International Association of Insurance Receivers (IAIR) is hosting a Resolution Workshop, “Thinking Big and Living Large in Dallas: Hot Topics in Insurance Receiverships.” The event is recognized for providing advanced, focused education for insurance receivers, regulators, guaranty system personnel, and other insurance professionals. The workshop includes an interactive program of speakers discussing the latest issues and providing networking opportunities.
On Thursday, February 27, Roux’s President and CEO, Sin Senh, PG, will kick off Day One of the workshop alongside Bill Mandia of Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP. They will be speaking as part of Session 1: What are PFAS and their Impact on Runoff and Solvency. This panel will provide a scientific overview of PFAS (aka “forever chemicals”)—what they are and how they are being remediated—along with an overview of liability and litigation matters, including a review of insurance coverage issues and concerns.
