Roux conducted soil and groundwater investigation and remediation for redevelopment of the former Cedar Hollow limestone quarry. Groundwater investigation activities were conducted in a complex karst geologic setting over nearly 400 acres of land. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection approved closure for soil and groundwater under the Act 2 program. Several office buildings have been completed on the northern side of the former quarry pit; multifamily residential development is underway on the southern side.
