Since the beginning of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) program in the early 1980s,
Roux has investigated and remediated dozens of federal and state listed Superfund sites across the entire country. Roux is retained by individual potentially responsible parties (PRPs) and PRP groups. Our goal is always to find the most effective and cost-efficient remedy consistent with the National Contingency Plan (NCP) and our client’s goals and objectives. To this end, we have developed and successfully employed a number of innovative remedial technologies, saving our clients millions of dollars. On questions of apportionment of liability among PRPs, we have successfully defended our clients’ interests in court as expert witnesses.
