Catherine Boston, MPH, DABT to Present in ABA’s Joint Regional CLE Program

Wednesday, January 22 – Friday, January 24 Roux will be a Gold Sponsor of the 2025 Environmental & Energy, Mass Torts, and Products Liability Litigation Committees’ Joint Regional CLE Program. This event is a multi-day Regional CLE, presented by the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Litigation Section Products Liability, Mass Torts, and Environmental and Energy Litigation Committees. This program will feature eight plenary presentations on hot litigation topics, including committee-specific content, broader litigation interests, and ethics.

The ABA will seek 9.25 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states, and 11.1 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states (including 1.0 hour of Ethics CLE in 60-minute states and 1.2 hours of Ethics CLE in 50-minute states).

On Friday, January 24, Roux’s Catherine Boston, MPH, DABT will present during a session entitled “What’s Next: Emerging Contaminants and New Problems With Old Chemicals” at 10:30 am. What’s next after PFAS? This panel will explore the latest laws, regulations, litigation, economic trends and impacts associated with emerging contaminants such as 1,4-Dioxane, ethylene oxide, and 6-PPD. It will also discuss new problems and litigation trends regarding legacy contaminants like BPA and microplastics.
