Joanna Hall, SHRM-SCP, CCP

Ms. Hall is a certified Human Resources (HR) professional with approximately twenty years of experience in the HR field. She has worked in a variety of human resources functions with an emphasis on talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR compliance, employee relations, and compensation. In addition to her years of HR experience, Ms. Hall brings to her role a strong foundation in HR knowledge through the attainment of a Master of Professional Studies degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State. Additionally, she is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and holds the Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential. Ms. Hall is also proud to be a West Point graduate and United States Army Veteran, and draws upon those experiences in her HR role supporting leadership development and organizational planning.
