Marc Scarcella Presenting at FETTI Conference

Wednesday, September 25 – Friday, September 27 Each year in Chicago, the National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI) convenes to host a world-class seminar on a broad range of environmental issues with nationally-recognized speakers. Experts in their fields will offer informative programs regarding the ever-changing environmental and toxic tort issues they face in their professions.

The FETTI Conference provides Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for insurance claims handlers, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits for attorneys, and networking opportunities for vendors.

Roux’s Marc Scarcella, Principal and Leader of our Economic & Complex Analytics Practice, will be presenting during the first educational program on Thursday, September 26. Along with Andrew Scholz, Esq. and Joseph Cagnoli, Esq. of Goldberg Segalla, Mr. Scarcella will be presenting “Glyphosate: Getting into the Weeds on the Science, the Litigation and the Analysis of Future Claim Risk,” discussing glyphosate’s connection to disease processes and conditions; an analysis of verdicts, pending claims, and new claims; and the direction in which glyphosate-based claims are headed.
