Environmental Consulting Services for New Jersey Transit Corporation

Roux has been a trusted partner with New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJT) since the late 1990s as one of their “go-to” environmental consultants. Our team has been awarded six consecutive Environmental Consulting Services Task Order Contracts, which are multi-year contracts awarded to a maximum of five consultants. Utilizing our expertise in the transportation industry and extensive technical and regulatory knowledge, Roux has provided support on more than 300 projects associated with over 100 different rail yards, garages, fueling stations, and substations owned and/or operated by NJT in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Roux has provided a variety of environmental consulting services including, but not limited to, site investigation and remediation; environmental and historic documentation; environmental permitting, compliance, and project documentation; underground and aboveground storage tank removal, design, and installation; energy and sustainability design and operations; and environmental and facility data management. Roux has been successful in stewarding New Jersey Transit’s sites to regulatory closure while reducing project lifecycle costs and exposure to long-term risk.
