Metro Gold Line

Light Rail Transportation Agency; California

OBJECTIVES

Roux assisted the Metro Gold Line Authority with acquisition of a 0.44-acre property in the city of La Verne, California. Roux initially performed a Phase II subsurface soil and soil vapor investigation prior to the client’s acquisition of the property. Later, Roux was asked to manage the demolition of a former beekeeper’s operation building and the permanent removal of an associated fuel underground storage tank (UST). The client is a temporary agency established to acquire property for the construction of an extension of light rail transportation. The Site will ultimately be used as an electrical sub-station supporting the Metro Gold Line mass transit light rail system.
