On-site H&S Compliance Support

Roux has provided ongoing on-site health and safety support to a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. This work includes participating in monthly risk assessment reviews involving multi-disciplinary teams with representatives from various stakeholders (e.g., research & development, operations, maintenance). During the on-site work, Roux conducted industrial hygiene assessments, including measuring area noise to determine areas and job duties requiring further assessment. Roux also assisted with other on-site tasks, including employee fit testing and injury and illness recordkeeping support. In addition, while on-site, Roux provided compliance support such as health and safety best practice recommendations specific to facility operations.
