OBJECTIVES

Our firm guided a 120-unit luxury apartment development, located in Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood, through the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) Site Remediation Program and obtained an expedited No Further Remediation (NFR) determination. Services included site investigation, in situ waste characterization, health and safety plans, and a combination report which documented remedial activities.
