Roux Speaking at New Jersey Site Remediation Conference
Wednesday, April 3 – Thursday, April 4 The New Jersey Site Remediation Conference (NJSRC) is returning to the Hyatt Regency in New Brunswick, hosted by the New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA). The LSRPA recognizes that continued education is an essential component for all environmental practitioners. The conference offers valuable education and credits for professional license renewals, including LSRP, Attorney, Professional Engineering, and Professional Geology.
On Wednesday, April 3, Roux’s Justin Kowalkoski, PG, LSRP and Sara Redding, MS, PG, LSRP will present on Using Artificial Intelligence in Site Remediation from 1:30-3:00pm. As Artificial Intelligence continues to evolve, it will have a significant impact on environmental remediation methods, strategies, and technologies. This program will cover the definition of AI, how AI has been previously used in environmental remediation, how AI may be used in the future, the role of an LSRP in the use of AI, and the legal and governance issues that may arise as AI advances and is incorporated into everyday practice.
