University of Arizona 2022 EarthWeek

Monday, March 21 – Friday, March 25 Roux is excited to sponsor and participate in the University of Arizona‘s weeklong EarthWeek, an annual student-led research symposium bringing together researchers from each department in the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences (SEES). This week includes guest speakers, job and club fairs, presentations, and much more. We will be participating in the following events:
- March 22: El Día Del Agua Y La Atmósfera, Department of Hydrology & Atmospheric Sciences
El Día del Agua y la Atmósfera is held every spring and is one of the hallmark events held during EarthWeek, a showcase of research for students enrolled in the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences and the School of Natural Resources and the Environment. Roux’s Jon Rohrer, P.G., C.Hg., U Arizona Hydrology alumnus, will be giving CV and application advice during the day’s Career Panel.
- March 23 & 24: Geodaze, Department of Geosciences
This year marks the 50th Anniversary of GeoDaze. This year’s symposium will have options for both in-person and virtual participation.
- March 24: ENViSion, Department of Environmental Science
ENViSion presentations are required for all Graduate Students and Accelerated Masters Students in the ENVS Department.
